BALTIMORE (WJZ)—Three people are injured, including a Cecil County Sheriff's Office Deputy, following a crash on West Pulaski Highway on Wednesday.

It happened just before 5:00 p.m. in the area of Red Toad Road in North East.

Authorities say a Sheriff's Office deputy was actively pursuing a high-risk wanted subject when the deputy crashed into another vehicle.

The deputy was flown to Shock Trauma where he was treated and released.

Two others were inside a pick-up truck when they were struck by the deputy. They were transported to an area hospital and remain in stable condition.

Further details regarding the wanted individual were not made available by police.
