18-Year-Old Killed After Being Shot In The Head In Baltimore

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Baltimore police are investigating two shootings early Sunday morning, including one that left an 18-year-old dead.

The fatal shooting happened around 5:30 a.m. Police say they responded to a call about a shooting in northwest Baltimore. When they arrived, they found the teen dead from a gunshot wound to the head. Police say they don't yet have a suspect description or a motive.

The other shooting happened around 2 a.m. in east Baltimore. Police say a 37-year-old man was shot in the leg and taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Both shootings are under investigation.
