Winter’s not done yet: Snow, cold returns to swath of U.S.
After a day of spring-like temperatures, a blizzard warning was posted in upstate New York, where as many as 20 inches of snow could fall. Parts of the Midwest saw temperatures drop nearly 50 degrees in 24 hours. Caroline Tucker of CBS station WROC-TV in Rochester reports.
