Ukraine government, security forces appear weak as violence increases
In another uptick in violence in eastern Ukraine, pro-Russian separatists seized a regional government building and a police headquarters, as the mayor of Kharkiv fought for his life after being shot in the back in an assassination attempt. In Donetsk, police officers did nothing to stop violence by militants. Holly Williams reports.
