U.S. and Russia reach a deal on Syria's chemical weapons
After more than two days of talks, Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced an agreement on Syrian chemical weapons. The Syrian government must destroy all chemical weapons material and equipment by the first half of 2014. Margaret Brennan reports.
