Target credit card customers flood retailer with complaints, questions

Following an admission of a security breach in November and December, Target has also confirmed there have been delays to their customer phone lines because of a "significantly higher than normal volume" of calls. Jeff Pegues reports on the customer response, as well as the investigation into the cyber attack.
