Syria misses deadline on chemical weapons handover
The U.S. believes the Assad regime is delaying the removal of chemical weapons in an effort to hold on to power. So far Syria has only removed four percent of its most deadly chemicals -- well below the agreed-upon 90 percent. Margaret Brennan reports.
