Mayor of Surfside, Florida, calls building collapse "an unmitigated catastrophe"
Surfside Mayor Charles Burkett told Norah O'Donnell that "buildings like this don't fall down in America" after a condo building collapsed, leaving dozens possibly trapped in the rubble.
