Sen. Gillibrand faces setback in plan to tackle military sexual assaults

A plan by Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., to tackle military sexual assaults passed a subcommittee with bipartisan support, but a day later, Armed Services Committee chairman Carl Levin, D-Mich., countered with his own plan. Nancy Cordes reports.
