Chris Murphy, whose constituents lost children in the Sandy Hook massacre, took to the Senate floor Wednesday in a surprise filibuster for stricter gun control legislation. Murphy joins "CBS This Morning" from Washington to discuss what he hoped to accomplish with the nearly 15-hour filibuster.
