Search for Texas mom who disappeared hours before Harvey
Police are searching for a Texas mother who mysteriously disappeared right before Hurricane Harvey hit. Crystal McDowell's last Facebook post said,"Stay safe out there!" the day before Harvey made landfall. Michelle Miller spoke with McDowell's family.
