President takes the blame for fumbled health care rollout
President Obama announced he will allow policies cancelled due to the Affordable Care Act to be reinstated, at least for one year. Major Garrett asked the president whether he knew HealthCare.gov failed tests before it launched and also asked why he promised Americans could keep their insurance while he was promoting the health care law.
