Police capture anti-government fugitive that sparked nationwide manhunt
A Wisconsin man accused of stealing guns and writing an anti-government manifesto has been arrested. Joseph Jakubowski is accused of stealing 18 guns from a store and officials believe he also wrote an anti-government manifesto indicating his dislike for religion and a desire to carry out unspecified attacks.
