Obama curtails military gear to local police departments
In a response to the debate of the militarization of local police, President Obama has issued an executive order banning the Pentagon and other federal agencies from sending police departments certain military-style hardware. Among the restricted gear are tank-treaded personnel carriers, grenade launchers and bayonets. Major Garrett reports.
