NYC road rage incident alleged attacker ID'd, wife of victim speaks out
Police have identified Reginald Chance as the man who beat the driver of the SUV, Alexian Lien, during the NYC road-rage incident. Lien's wife defended her husband's actions in a statement Thursday saying, "We could not have done anything differently." CBS News correspondent Terrell Brown reports.
