NSA phone data collection likely unconstitutional, judge rules

A federal judge in Washington said the author of the Constitution "would be aghast" at the NSA's collection of phone records of millions of Americans. The NSA says obtaining individual court orders would create problems for tracking terrorism suspects on U.S. soil. John Miller reports.
