Church owner on collapsed building: We smelled gas last night
Carmen Vargas-Rosa, owner of the Spanish Christian Church in East Harlem, New York, told WCBS-TV that since the explosion she has been unable to contact four tenants who live above the church. Also, she says that they smelled gas in the building the night before the blast.
