Midwest prepares for flooding as warmer weather, rain melts snow
Thawing temperatures and heavy rain are melting piles of snow, and in many cases, there's nowhere for the water to go. Drains are clogged by ice and snow, while potential ice jams have those near rivers and streams preparing for rising water. Dean Reynolds reports.
