Massive California wildfire spreads
The Thomas Fire, now the third-largest wildfire in modern California history, roared back to life over the weekend as wind gusts hitting 70 mph pushed the flames into the wealthy community of Montecito near Santa Barbara. CBS News' Carter Evans reports.
