Man who shot Ronald Reagan may be released from mental hospital
A Washington judge will decide if John Hinckley, the man who tried to assassinate President Ronald Reagan, is fit to be released from a mental institution. The hospital that has treated Hinckley for more than three decades says he is safe to go. Major Garrett reports from the scene of the assassination attempt.
