Iran FM Zarif says "sanctions have failed"
Islamic Republic's top diplomat tells CBS News' Elizabeth Palmer the tough sanctions imposed on his country have backfired, and in spite of Washington's claims that the pressure is working, Iran can get by just fine under the heavy economic penalties.
