Hurricane Irma's wind picks up in Jacksonville
The Jacksonville area in north Florida is under a hurricane warning. Hundreds of thousands of people have been told to evacuate. Jericka Duncan reports from Atlantic Beach outside of Jacksonville on the concern about dangerous winds and storm surge that will start Sunday night.
