Houston remembers those lost in Hurricane Harvey
Houston cops mourned their fallen colleague, Sergeant Steve Perez, who drove through pounding rain into 16 feet of water and drowned. He is among Harvey's victims. Most flooding fatalities have happened in cars. Harris County's chief executive says 500,000 cars were lost in the storm. Mark Strassmann reports.
