High temps, lightning spark new California wildfires

At least 25 large-scale fires are burning up and down the West Coast, with nearly half of them in California. A dozen new fires have broken out in northern California, where dry lightning, temperatures over 100 degrees and severe drought have made already bad fire conditions even worse. Carter Evans reports.
