From drought to flood in northern California
A powerful stream of moisture is bringing much needed precipitation to drought-stricken parts of northern California. For many areas, though, the heavy rain, wind, and snow are too much, causing power outages, flooding, and mudslides. Anne Makovec of CBS station KPIX reports.
