Dr. Robert Glatter, an emergency room doctor at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss how health care professionals respond to mass shootings like the one in Las Vegas. At least 50 people were killed and more than 400 others were injured Sunday night at an outdoor country music festival.
