Nina Pham, a Dallas nurse who was infected with the Ebola virus, was discharged from the National Institutes of Health Friday. Dr. Anthony Fauci, the infectious disease chief at the NIH, declared Pham virus-free. Fauci and Pham addressed the media Friday morning.
