E-cigarette use among youths surges
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released a new report that shows the number of middle and high school students that have tried e-cigarettes has doubled. Because e-cigarettes are largely unregulated, their long-term effects are still unknown. Vinita Nair reports.
