Donor chains help many get new kidneys
More than 100,000 Americans are waiting for a kidney transplant, and some families are joining donor chains to get their loved ones a new organ. Five members of one chain recently came together for an emotional reunion. Doctors Jon LaPook and Holly Phillips join "CBS This Morning: Saturday" to tell us more.
