Delays in creating a cheaper Marine One fleet
After much debate President Obama approved purchasing a cheaper Marine One fleet to replace the 35-year-old helicopters. Yet, now only one company has bid on the project and others say they cannot make money redesigning a cheaper, smaller craft. Major Garrett reports.
