Death toll rises as waters recede in Houston
Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner said Sunday morning that only two areas remain under water in the city and that the focus a week after Harvey made landfall is on recovery. Officials say the storm left at least 46 people dead. Michelle Miller reports.
