Crime rises in Los Angeles for first time in over a decade
Violent crime went up 20 percent and property crime went up 10 in the second largest city in America this year. It was the first time in 12 years that Los Angeles saw a rise in all categories of crime. Ben Tracy is in the City of Angels with more.
