Coast Guard rescues trapped people after Hurricane Florence
Rescue helicopters are flying all over the Carolinas to help evacuate flood victims after Hurricane Florence. The U.S. Coast Guard says it has rescued 133 people in the last 72 hours. Mark Strassmann reports.
