Clinton-Kaine ticket will not engage in Trump "insult fest"
In their first sit-down interview set to air Sunday on "60 Minutes," the presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton and her recent vice presidential pick Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Virginia, say they will not launch the same types of insults as their Republican rival Donald Trump.
