Chinese millionaire goes back on $300 promise to homeless
Chinese millionaire Chen Guangbiao treated more than 200 homeless people to lunch in Central Park. He had promised to also give them each $300 in cash, but when guests found out they weren't getting the money, tempers flared. Norah O'Donnell reports.
