Calif. wildfire threatens San Francisco power and water supplies

Gov. Jerry Brown has declared a state of emergency as 2,600 firefighters battle a 200-square mile wildfire that is threatening the power and water supplies 200 miles to the west in San Francisco. Right now just 5 percent of the blaze is under control. Teresa Garcia reports.
