British prime minister calls London incidents "potential act of terrorism"
British police said two incidents at London Bridge and nearby Borough Market are being treated as "terrorist incidents." A third incident, a stabbing in the Vauxhall area, is not related. CBS News' Elizabeth Palmer reports from London.
