Bitter cold raises propane prices to 20-year high in Minn.
The temperature in the entire state of Minnesota was below freezing Tuesday morning with the wind chill in Minneapolis at nearly 30 degrees below zero. Area residents won’t see relief anytime soon, as the coldest weather of the season doesn’t move in until next week. Jamie Yuccas from CBS station WCCO in Minneapolis reports.
