Appeals court blocks judge's NYPD stop-and-frisk order
Over the summer, a federal judge ordered the New York City Police Department to modify its so-called stop-and-frisk policy, but on Thursday, a federal appeals court blocked that order and removed the lower court judge from the case. John Miller discusses the ruling.
