Wisconsin Powerball ticket holder wins $768 million jackpot
A lucky lottery winner in Wisconsin is three-quarters of a billion dollars richer. This was the third largest jackpot in U.S. history. It's an estimated $768,400, 000. The lump sum payout would total about $477 million. Nikki Battiste reports.
