Netflix sees profit gain after password sharing crackdown

With compensation from streaming platforms front and center in actor and writer strikes, all eyes were on Netflix Wednesday as the streamer reported its latest earnings. The company posted $8.2 billion in revenue and 5.9 million new subscribers.
