Wholesale market a double hit for Cuba's economic reform

An enormous new wholesale produce market opened on the outskirts of Havana and it's a double hit for economic reform in Cuba. It carves out more space for farmers to sell their own crops without government control and a private cooperative - not the State - run the market itself. Portia Siegelbaum reports.
