Where is Kim Jong-un?

North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un has not been seen in public since attending a concert with his wife on September 3rd. Since little information is available from Pyongyang, rumors have filled the void, and include everything from a severe case of gout, to his ouster as supreme ruler. Seth Doane reports.
