WH rebuts suggestion that "border surge" is "overkill"

Rebutting the suggestion that a recently unveiled "border surge" plan is "expensive overkill," White House press secretary Jay Carney said that, while President Obama has already overseen a "substantial" strengthening of border security, he would welcome further improvements.
