Westminster Dog Show invites mixed breeds for new event

For the first time, the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show will invite mixed breeds to a new event that involves racing over obstacles. Also, the club is allowing three new breeds to compete for top dog this year: the Chinook, the Portuguese podengo pequeno, and the rat terrier.
