Maryland Gov. Wes Moore honors Key Bridge victims 1 year after collapse

Wednesday marked one year since Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed, killing six construction workers. Maryland Gov. Wes Moore and families of the victims took part in a memorial service.
