Watch: Police smash car window, tase passenger

A family has filed a federal lawsuit, accusing Hammond, Indiana, police officers of excessive force, false arrest and battery. Video taken during a traffic stop shows a police officer using a tool to smash a car window and then tasing the man in the front passenger seat.
