Video footage captures car hitting 3 people in crosswalk

A 5-year old boy who survived a car accident last week may never walk again -- and the terrifying incident was caught on surveillance camera. The boy was crossing the street with his older sister and cousin when they were hit by a speeding car in California. Paul Beban reports.
