Vets dying from overmedication by VA doctors

A federal investigation confirmed what CBS News reported last year: many veterans are being overmedicated at VA hospitals, and some overdoses have been fatal. A report from the VA's Inspector General found that 93 percent of long-term narcotics patients were also on a sedative that puts patients at an increased risk of fatal overdose when mixed.
