VA says veteran deaths not linked to delays in care

After a four-month investigation, the inspector general at the Department of Veterans Affairs denied the most explosive allegation driving the scandal in Phoenix -- that up to 40 veterans may have died while on secret waiting lists for care. Wyatt Andrews reports.
